expressions that reassure but confine
“Take only what resonates with you” is an expression that can be found everywhere on spiritual networks. I must have used it at some point, so as not to offend those who read my work and rejected what has now become obvious to many.
But this common expression strikes me like an electric shock, a shock of rejection.
Your whole life is based on beliefs. You've built yourselves around them, taking them as truth.
A deep-seated conditioning then took root in your being, like a program that was installed to create everything you are as a human being in this world.
